CURIOUS CAMPUS is proud to launch our inaugural 3K run, in Holland Park, London, on 2nd October 2021. Inspired by Marcus Rashford who has highlighted food poverty we are proud to support The Akshaya Patra Foundation.

This initiative has been brewing in the Curious Campus HQ for a while. We firmly believe that kids should learn to use their spare time to give to others as much as pursue chess, sport or debating.

CURIOUS CAMPUS WILL MATCH THE FIRST £2500 DONATED.

The aim is for kids to sign up and run 3 kilometers, to raise money through donations for Akshay Patra's feeding programmes, which alleviate child poverty and encourage Education. We then would like the kids to come and see how the money they have raised is spent. The Akshaya Patra Foundation (@UKAkshayaPatra) will allow the kids in small batches to visit their kitchen in Watford, North London. The food is prepared in the kitchen to be distributed to those in need across Greater London. So it is not just a charity run but a rare opportunity for kids to see how a charity works and the people it helps!
